Dr. Brandes is Medical Director and Clinical Lead of the Population Health Department at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming where she brings decades of experience across clinical practice, medical education, and health plan leadership. She has practiced full-spectrum Family Medicine—including obstetrics—in multiple settings across Kansas and Wyoming, held academic appointments at the University of Kansas and the University of Wyoming, and provided emergency and hospitalist care in community hospitals throughout the region. Since 2009, she has also served on staff at the Cheyenne VA Medical Center. Dr. Brandes is passionate about advancing health access and equity in rural communities, and continues to split her time between clinical work and leading initiatives aimed at improving member health outcomes.

Seth is National Pharmacy Practice Leader at Arthur J. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare and pharmacy benefit management, he is known for designing innovative, results-driven solutions that help clients navigate complex pharmacy challenges.
Prior to Gallagher, Seth held senior leadership roles at Solid Benefit Guidance, Aon Hewitt, and Medco Health Solutions. A recognized thought leader in the PBM space, he’s been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Employee Benefit News, and is a frequent speaker at national industry events. He holds an MBA in Health Systems from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BS in Health Management from Quinnipiac University.
